La Paloma is back with invigorating new culinary creativity, with the arrival of chef-owner Alex Fargas. Returning to his roots, Alex is channelling his rich culinary experiences into La Paloma’s classic and modern offerings. At the helm of La Paloma, Chef Alex innovates from the heart, resulting in a showcase of exquisite creative dishes, each carefully built from traditional Spanish techniques, ingredients and delicacies.

Introducing the new menu

While staying true to La Paloma’s famous Paella, Chef Alex offers a daily special menu alongside to showcase a series of authentic Spanish tapas dishes with a twist. With generous use of fresh ingredients, Alex hopes to serve a refined home-style feast style to the diners. Amid the pandemic and uncertainty, Chef Alex decided to take on a new challenge and make a difference to Hong Kong Spanish’s food scene, offering heart-warming, yet creative, authentic Spanish food to Hong Kong diners.

A Journey to Spain

The interior of La Paloma reflects a journey to Spain, utilising the bold colours signature of Spain, and replicating the fun and lively ambience of Barcelona, Chef-Owner Alex Fargas’ hometown. La Paloma’s design is also inspired by the bustling Spanish bars by the beach, “Chiringuitos”, reflected in the usage of building materials commonly used. La Paloma is set in a 3,400 sq. ft. space, which can comfortably seat 85 diners. La Paloma will continue its “no service charge” policy. Open daily, with all-you-can-eat tapas night on Wednesday and bottomless brunch during weekends
