Hong Kong’s Leading Chefs join hands to create never-before-seen giant fusion Paellas in celebration



A Celebration of World Cuisines


Love for food is a universal language. Chef-Owner Alex Fargas is celebrating cuisines across the world by bringing together leading Chefs from renowned restaurant concepts across Hong Kong’s F&B scene for “Hot Wednesdays”at La Paloma. Starting from June, La Paloma will be holding a “Hot Wednesday” fortnightly in which Chef Alex Fargas will be joined by a guest chef to create never-before-seen fusion dishes in celebration of Spanish and world cuisines.


Each fortnight, La Paloma’s famous giant paella takes on a creative twist as Chef Alex Fargas joins forces with one guest renowned chef to bring together the best of two cuisines in a creative fusion paella and three innovative tapas dishes. Featuring chefs from Japanese, Peruvian, modern Chinese and Balinese cuisine, Hot Wednesdays will be creating one-of-a-kind paellas and unimaginable flavours.

Hong Kong has been long awaiting its next big gastronomic event. Kick-starting the event on June 9, Chef Jamie from Mr Wolf will be joining Chef Alex at La Paloma to create the first giant fusion paella, with elements of Spanish and English cuisines. The line-up also includes Chef Satoru from Sushi Kuu, Chef Michel from Amalfitana, Chef Max of Okra, Chef Manuel of ICHU, and many more!


Priced at HKD 398, our Hot Wednesdays special menu will bring a night full of fun, incredible food, and even better company.
