Open-Fire Seafood & Grill
Situated within the epicurean enclaves of Central’s H Code, Fireside is Hong Kong’s first and only gourmet open-fire dining concept. The menu features a rotating selection of rare heritage meat and seafood, as well as seasonal ingredients, which are dry-aged in-house in the purpose-built butcher room before cooking over flames. Guests can watch as each dish is prepared before their eyes in the main dining area, or enjoy an intimate meal in the Private Dining Room.
