Job Description

We’re searching for a food-obsessed visual content trailblazer to join our passionate and industry-leading team of restaurant marketers, supercharging social media content, advertisements, press materials, and marketing materials for restaurant clients with memorable and impactful video and image content.

Reporting to the Assistant Content Manager, you will be our creative force at Monogic, bringing our clients’ visions to life through stunning photography and videography. While your primary focus will be capturing mouth-watering food and beverage content, your lens will also tell stories through engaging personal interviews, striking portraits, and beautifully composed venue interiors. You will be at the heart of our visual storytelling, turning everyday requests into extraordinary content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture & Create: Produce high-quality photography and videography for our diverse clientele, acting as our in-house specialist for food and culinary content.

  • Plan & Conceptualize: Brainstorm with other departments and build detailed shooting boards (storyboards and mood boards) to clearly map out the creative vision prior to production.

  • Edit & Polish: Handle end-to-end post-production, expertly editing both photos and videos to deliver flawless, ready-to-publish final assets.

  • Tell Visual Stories: Broaden your creative scope by shooting compelling personal interviews, professional portraits, and captivating venue interiors.

About You

  • You bring at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, photography, and videography.

  • You possess strong technical skills and are highly proficient in photo and video editing software (such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut).

  • You have experience in pre-production planning, including the ability to visualize and build effective shooting boards.

  • You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced, creative team environment.
